Thermoplastic Forming - Vacuum and Pressure
Trident possesses in-depth experience in cost-effective, quality thermoforming, vacuum forming and pressure forming plastics. Additionally, the company has superior fiberglass reinforcement and extensive fabrication/assembly capabilities.

Composites
Trident's experienced staff has detailed knowledge of pre-preg applications, wet lay-up, EMI enclosures, high strength-to-weight ratio structural assemblies and components.

Full Production and Assembly
Trident has the capabilities necessary for die cutting, wire harness installation, fabrication featuring 5-axis trimming and painting, including EMI shielding. Additionally, Trident produces multi-material assemblies of composites, plastics and metals.

Tooling - Fixtures
Trident produces a variety of molds from prototype or conventional quality to state-of-the-art CAD/CAM generated tooling.
