Trident's pre-production process begins when the engineering team receives a concept sketch or an electronic 3-D IGES file for production-readiness evaluation. Prior to quoting, and as part of the custom supplier team approach, Trident's skilled engineers are equipped to offer design alternatives for increased quality, lower prices and scheduling requirements. These suggestions are intended to maximize design to process, appropriate material selection and methods of final assembly.

Upon receipt of an order, the 3-D CAD/CAM electronic file controls all aspects of production and process control. First articles and Verification Inspection Reports are always included as part of the tooling/fixture process.

To ensure mutually determined results, appropriate quality assurance is applied. Trident provides full certification to industry standards such as UL and FAR specifications. From start to finish, a Vista MRP tracking system is used to closely monitor each project.
